How Doth the Little Crocodile...

Hi! Just wondering; if you wake up at 6am to run - is that on an empty stomach? I've been personally hitting the gym with an empty stomach in the mornings just because I find that eating before the gym doesn't feel very good. :s

I try to not work out on an empty stomach ever, you need to give your bod stuff to start the burnage. Eat a really light snack. Maybe an apple? Sorry this is late, I hope I helped though!
